What payment methods are accepted?
You can conveniently pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PayPal, or prepayment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to contact us – we will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value at Aromadream.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Aromadream deliver?
We currently deliver within Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are in the planning stage.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order:
– For light products such as car air fresheners: CHF 2.50
– For heavier products such as fragrance devices, fragrance oils, and Moonrich fragrance sticks: CHF 7.00
For orders over CHF 30, shipping is free of charge – regardless of weight.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, after shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email.

How long do the car air fresheners last?
Our car fragrances offer a pleasant fragrance experience for up to 30 days – depending on the ambient temperature and use of the ventilation system.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes – all our products are cruelty-free and are developed responsibly.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are based on Swiss design and are manufactured internationally to high quality standards.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return products?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us in advance by email at info@aromadream.ch.
What should I do if the goods are damaged?
Please send us a photo of the damaged item to info@aromadream.ch – we will find a solution as soon as possible.

Currently, our products are only available through our online shop.
Do you also offer gift vouchers?
Not yet – however, we are planning to introduce digital gift vouchers in the near future.
